Terms of Service

What the service is

Picassa creates product cards, AI try-ons and short videos from a photo of your product. Generation runs on our servers and the result is stored in your account history.

An account is required: e-mail, name and password. The service is meant for marketplace sellers and is not directed to children under 13.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. If you lose access, recovery goes through the e-mail address the account is registered to.

One person or company — one account. Creating extra accounts to collect the starting sparks is not allowed.

Sparks

Sparks are internal units that measure the work the service does. They are not money, a payment instrument or a currency; they cannot be transferred between accounts or cashed out.

Cost: a card — 4 sparks, a try-on — 4, a video — 16. The website and the app always show the current figures, and we announce changes on the website in advance. New accounts get starting sparks (currently 8). Sparks do not expire.

Top-ups happen on the website only: you send a request, we issue an invoice and add the sparks once it is paid. There is no in-app purchase in the mobile app.

If a generation fails through our fault, the sparks go back to your balance. Refunds for paid and unused sparks: write to info@pi-cassa.com and we handle them to the extent applicable law provides.

Your photos and the results

The images you upload stay yours. By uploading them you confirm you are entitled to: the product is yours or you are authorised to sell it, and any people shown have given their consent.

Rights to the generated images and videos belong to you to the fullest extent the law allows, including commercial use on marketplaces and in advertising. We make no claim to them and do not use your material to train models.

Results stay in your account history until you delete them. Deleting the account erases the files as well — see the "Delete account" page.

What you may not do

Upload photos you have no rights to, or images of people without their consent; create material that misleads buyers about a product; generate unlawful, abusive or adult content.

Circumvent service limits, automate bulk access to the API, or resell access under your own name without a written agreement.

If the rules are broken we may limit access or block the account, having warned you by e-mail.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: maintenance windows and outages of third-party generation providers happen.

AI makes mistakes: check the text and the images before publishing them on a marketplace. The seller remains responsible for the cards they publish.

In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for sparks over the previous 12 months, to the extent applicable law allows.

Ending the relationship

You can delete your account at any time — "Profile → Delete account" in the app, or on the website as described on the "Delete account" page. Deletion is irreversible and unused sparks are forfeited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms: the current version always lives on this page and the date is in the header. We announce material changes on the website. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version.
