Delete account

In the app

Open the "Profile" tab → "Delete account" → enter your password → confirm.

On the website

Log in, click your name in the header → "Account" → "Delete account" at the bottom of the page → enter your password → confirm.

What is deleted

The account (e-mail, name, password), generation history and all generated files, spark balance and its ledger, top-up requests, active sessions on all devices. Unused sparks are not refunded.

What remains: anonymised server log entries for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.

If you cannot log in

Write from the e-mail address the account is registered to, to support@picassa.app with the subject "Delete account" — we delete it within 7 days and confirm by e-mail.
